Toni first started her real estate journey with a single home rental property in 2009. She and her husband purchased a quaint home in the South Bay of California and quickly understood the potential in scaling their real property assets.

Toni had first hand experience in the 2007-08 housing market crash with her family. It was a devastating time for many who were affected. She was inspired to find creative ways to assist, but with little to no experience, it was simply a teaching moment which prepared her for the real estate world. Her passion for investing, rehab, selling and closing deals has been an exciting journey with her Nine Doors Down team.

She is a busy mother to three. She hopes to instill and show her kids that showing up is important, but doing the work is a must! Not only is she working with her team to build their real estate portfolio, she is now a licensed Nevada Real Estate agent helping others find their dream home.
