About this event

Welcome to the PASSIVE WEALTH Through Apartments meetup. We are Commercial Real Estate investors in the Multifamily Apartment space. Our hosts, Moses Lucero, Andy Phan, and Francis Sinsuat are multifamily investors who syndicate, manage and own over 500 doors collectively and are currently doing deals out of state. In the Commercial Real Estate industry, your network is net-worth. Are you interested on building passive wealth and reaching financial freedom for your family and lifestyle?

What does Financial Freedom mean to you? I know for us it’s spending time and traveling with my family. We also love to help others reach their success in life and mindset. Our positive mindset is the most powerful tool we can have that we can utilize on our journey to succeed in things we want and deserve in life.

Come and meet your network. “WHO NOT HOW” You’ll never know who you will meet that will take you to where you want to be.

We’ll see you there!

Professionals in the Medical, Law, Business Owners, Real Estate Developers, Real Estate Wholesalers, Flippers and other high income earners who wants to build passive wealth while keeping their W2 and businesses are all welcome. You will learn about tax advantages and other benefits of Commercial Real Estate investing from owning and partnering in an apartment complex.

This month we will be having an open panel Q and A session with players in the commercial real estate game ranging from experts in self-storage, multifamily, and private equity funds!
