Frank Wolf is a real estate investor, developer, operator, and owner of commercial real estate holdings, including multifamily, office, mixed-use, industrial, and self-storage facilities. He took his first bite of the real estate apple in 1989 when he and a couple of his friends bought a 3-flat in Chicago, did a gut renovation, sold it, and broke even!
Frank has over 32 years of experience in real estate including sourcing & acquisitions, underwriting, value-add renovations, leasing, asset management, property management and dispositions. He is a Principal with WealthBridge Capital, a commercial real estate investment firm that offers busy dentists passive real estate investments that produce above-average returns over traditional Wall Street investments.
“If we look back over the history of humanity, real estate has been one of the single- greatest sources of wealth accumulation than any other industry.”
Prior to becoming a full-time real estate investor and operator, Frank enjoyed success as a dentist in private practice, served as a marketing & business consultant, High Performance Coach, author, and speaker. His talents and character have been praised by Larry King of CNN; Jack Canfield (Best Selling author of The Success Principles & Chicken Soup for the Soul) Joe Polish (Founder of The GeniusNetwork.com) and Dr. Gordon Christensen (Clinicians Report).
Frank is also a philanthropist committed to making a difference in the world. Through his affiliation with Dentists Climb For A Cause, he has raised more money for Operation Smile than any of their donors to date, visited third world countries to provide dental care and education to impoverished children and annually donates a portion of his business revenue to charitable causes that are meaningful to him. To raise money for the New York relief efforts after the 9/11 tragedy, Frank took up amateur boxing and organized a charity boxing fundraiser. He retired from boxing undefeated (1 – 0 record).
